Prof. Dr. Ioan Sîrbu is a professor at the Faculty of Dental Medicine, University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Dr. Carol Davila” in Bucharest, where he coordinates the Department of Oral Implantology. 

A member of the American Academy of Dental Implantology, he studied at New York University in the Department of Oral Implantology. 

Director of the private clinic „Dr. Ioan Sîrbu” in Bucharest, he has more than 20 years of activity in which he has inserted more than 25 000 implants. 

Throughout his career, he is the author of 9 patents in the field of oral implantology, through which he has researched and promoted new types of implants, equipment, and dental techniques.
